The fixtures shown on this page are a sampling of those installed in the community by Ryan Homes.  There is considerable variation in style represented here.  Most of the lamps are matte black. Others more closely match the house siding.  See the photographs below for examples of installed fixtures.

All these fixtures are manufactured by Thomas Lighting.  They are all available on the internet.  Lowes and The Home Depot will probably special order them as will any reputable lighting retailer. 

The ARB as decided that any future replacements of fixtures should have a matte black finish to maintain that consistency throughout the community.  Although they have not limited the design choice, they have stated that the fixtures should retain the look already established.  All fixture replacements involving a change in design will require an ARB approval, even if an existing model is being used.  Only replacements of the existing design already on a home may be made without approval.
